Human Resources Policy

In our workplace, personnel positions are determined in accordance with the needs of the enterprise, and it is ensured by the understanding of all personnel that honorable work is possible only with efficient work.

In order to ensure the improvement of our personnel, we implement internal and external training programs at all levels. Staff can be sent to courses, seminars or conferences in-house or outside the company. The needs for technical training are determined by the department managers and the social trainings are determined and implemented by the human resources department.

The wage policy of the workplace is "pay according to performance".

We carry out performance evaluations at certain periods in the workplace.

In order for the staff to be promoted to a position of higher level, the relevant position must be unoccupied, and the candidate must have the qualifications required for this positon and fulfilled the performance required by this position.
