Our Production

According to the type of product, the raw material is taken from the cellulose warehouse or recycled paper stock site to prepare the pulp. The pulp is first processed in the pulp preparation, and then transferred to the pulp system of the paper machine by a computer-controlled system. The moisture of the paper is monitored and controlled by the quality control laboratory, and the texture and the weight are controlled and monitored by the computer system, while the paper is being wrapped on pop reel, which is controlled and directed by full automation in the paper machine. In addition, paper and pulp samples are taken and the system is constantly monitored. The finished paper which is wrapped in a reel spool, is cut according to the width and diameter of the coil desired by the customer. The cutting quality is checked by the quality control officer. The finished product that has been checked is packaged, labeled, and delivered to the shipping warehouse.

Production Process

It consists of two parts: cellulose stock field and recycled paper stock field.
In this unit, cellulose and recycled paper are prepared in two separate systems. According to the paper to be produced, the raw material composition is loaded onto conveyors, and then, after mechanical operations, the fiber is loosened in water. The necessary additives are added, and the pre-mixture of the pulp prepared in the production process, which continues under laboratory control, is transferred to the pulp crates of the paper machine through a computer-controlled system. If the production is to be carried out using recycled papers, the pulp preparation process is completed in a system that requires advanced technology (rubbing with high temperature and chemicals) at the end of a series of different processes on recycled papers. The foreign substances in cellulose and impurities in the recycled pulp are removed from the system at certain stages during all processes.
The prepared pulp is passed through the cleaning stages after adding additives according to the recipe in the mixing tank of the paper machine and is laid on the wire  by means of the head-box. After this stage, the water is drawn back from the pulp. The pulp, which has come to a certain level of dryness, is transferred by the wire to the middle felt. The paper, which is taken by the middle felt and dries a little more, is carried between the lower and upper felts, and is contacted with the Yankee cylinder by means of presses and completes the drying process by passing through the last drying section with the hot air coming from the hood system. The gram weight , moisture and filling properties of papers are measured very precisely with the radioactive weight measuring device as the paper doctoring off from the yankee cylinder surface and goes to the pop cylinder. The weight and other properties of the paper are controlled by the computerized automatic quality control system and the production takes place according to this control mechanism. The computer network inside the system examines and controls the entire production process. It visually presents the parameters that are required to be monitored to the system operators and gives the outputs when requested. The operators responsible for the paper production have the opportunity to control and direct the paper production and quality in the computer environment during the production process.

After the paper has been checked and approved by the radioactive weight measurement device, the products are wrapped on a reel spool
Samples are taken by the quality control officer and the physical properties of the paper are measured and controlled.
In the meantime, system operators receive regular reports.
During these checks, the paper is cut on the reel wrapping machine according to the dimensions ordered by the customer, determining compliance with the required quality requirements. If the quality is approved, the reel are given to the packaging.

Reels that have passed quality control are packaged, weighed, and labeled according to the type of the product. The data formed at this stage are sent electronically and product stocks begin to form.

When products are ready, they are put in the warehouse reserved for products that are ready to be shipped and stored by vertical stocking method according to their group, size, and shipment status.
When preparing to load the products to be shipped via forklifts, we prepare loading and shipment lists using the barcodes in the label information.
